It is extremely important to eat a healthy diet for both your physical and mental health. You should include juicy fruits and vegetables in your diet plan. Make sure you drink a lot of water throughout the day, keep hydrated, and stay away from intoxicants.
Reduce your screen time-
As we all know, mobile phones and various types of gadgets have become part of our lives, all of our work is dependent on them, but excessive use can affect our health. If you spend too much time looking at the screen, you can suffer from many problems and it can affect your mental health directly, so whenever you work, keep taking breaks from the screen.
A time spent in nature -
Many of us are unaware that living in nature reduces our anger, fear, and stress and gives us pleasant sensations. Spend some time with nature to relieve your stress and feel better emotionally.
